Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground turkey breast
- 1 package (6 oz) of baby portabella mushrooms (diced)
- 1 jalapeno pepper (diced, remove seeds if you do not want it spicy)
- Mccormick hamburger seasoning
- Chop the mushrooms and jalapeno.
- Put the ground turkey in a large bowl. Put the chopped mushrooms and jalapeno on top. Sprinkle with Mccormick hamburger seasoning (to taste, I add a fair amount to give it some flavor since turkey meat can be kinda bland)
- Mix with your hands.
- I score (divide it into 4ths) with my hands, and make patties, leaving a little bit from each 4th. I end up making 5 patties this time. With all the mushrooms and jalapeno, you can easily form 5 patties.
- Cook on the grill or in a skillet (sometimes I will use my cast iron skillet if my grill is out of propane). I sprinkle both sides of the patty with more hamburger seasoning when I grill them up.
